Response time is a maximum of one day or 24 hours.You can also send a message via Instagram or Reddit, however the response time for social media is a little longer as I don't have them installed on my smartphone.If I am currently working with other orders, you will be offered the option to go to my waitlist. This means that after finishing current orders, I will give preference to you over new orders.A description and/or reference images of your character will be required and based on this information, I will make a budget. Your order value will vary from the price list depending on the complexity of the character.

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept payments by Paypal.
The customer has the option to choose to pay the full amount before I start the order OR pay half the amount before sketching and half the amount after sketching!. Payments after artwork are not accepted.After confirming the budget and choosing the payment method, an invoice will be sent. The order starts as soon as the invoice is paid.!Except for sketch orders where only the first payment method is available.

Feel free to give your opinion.Complex alterations or additions of objects that were not previously established in the negotiation may increase the value of the illustration, especially if they are required after the final art. Therefore, make sure you ask for the desired changes in the first steps.

Terms of service

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
• Payments are made through Paypal. Artwork will begin on the same day or the day after payment is received. If an unforeseen event occurs that prevents the artwork from being initiated under these terms, the customer will be notified and will have the option of receiving a refund. The customer can continue their order in a typical situation and will have priority if they wish.
• If the customer chooses to split the payment, the art will be paused until the second payment is made.
• The customer has the option to request a refund before the artwork is started. They will also ask to be reimbursed during the process, however, part of the amount relating to the stage already carried out will be retained.
• Except in cases mentioned above and in which the artwork cannot be completed or delivered within the previously agreed period, no refunds will be made. This includes cases in which the client is dissatisfied with the final result, cancels the order, does not need the art anymore and is dissatisfied with the technique or artistic style applied.
• The above does not apply to artworks whose delivery deadline has been subsequently changed by the customer or artworks whose delivery deadline has been hampered by delays on the part of the customer in approving the stages.DELIVERY
• The delivery period is four weeks and when placing your order, the customer agrees that they will not be eligible to receive any refunds due to deadlines on orders that are completed within a period equal to less than this deadline.
• The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the order, the number of orders being placed at the time and the time it takes for the customer to approve the steps, and may be shorter or longer than four weeks. If the order requires more time to be completed, the customer will be notified in advance during the agreement stage.
• If the customer wants the order to be delivered within less than the deadline described, they must make this clear before placing the order. Deadlines shorter than the period mentioned may result in an increase in the value of the order, this will be established in advance with the customer.
• If the delivery time is changed by the customer in the middle of the artwork, an extra fee may be charged. If it is not possible to follow the sudden change, the scheduled date will remain and in this case, no refunds will be made.
• The delivery date is counted from the first payment. Approval steps and payments that take more than three days to complete will add time to the delivery time.UPDATES AND CHANGES
• Art process updates are made within two to four business days. The customer can request updates whenever they wish, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
• Changes are free as long as they are in accordance with the briefing previously transmitted by the client, do not exceed the number of four per stage and do not alter items previously approved by the client.
• Changes in design, additions to items of clothing and/or weapons, pose, physiognomy, among others, may result in an extra fee, especially if they are in disagreement with what was previously established and if they increase the complexity of the art.
• Changes required due to customer forgetfulness, indecision, change of plans and similar nature may also result in an extra fee.
• The customer will be notified in advance of the extra fee, if any, and the art will continue after payment. If you do not agree, the art will be continued in accordance with what was established before the start of the order. No refunds will be made in case of disagreement, except in scenarios already explained above.
• Changes due to the artist's fault will be made free of charge, even after the art is completed, within a period of up to six months after the art is delivered. Review all stages of the artwork to make sure it matches what you want and don't hesitate if you notice any mistakes.
• After the six-month period, the original files will be deleted and in this scenario, changes will be made based on the version maintained by the customer, which may affect the final quality of the product.PERSONAL USE
• Orders for personal use can be used in whatever the customer wishes, such as icons and banners on social networks, prints on shirts and pens, character profiles, posters, etc., by the customer, their family and friends, as long as it does not produce economic gain or are not linked to means of economic gain, as well as, but not exclusively, logos, commerce logos, monetized social media channels, products, among others.
• Credits are not required when publishing or personally using artwork, however, they are appreciated.
• Under no circumstances will the client have the right to pass off the art as their own or claim their authorship. The signature must also not be removed without prior notice.COMMERCIAL USE
• Orders for commercial use have a fee of 50% to 150%, or more, of its value, based on the use.
• An order initially placed for personal use may be used for commercial purposes, as long as the above fee is paid.
• The customer will receive a contract proving the release of commercial use rights, as well as the clauses for the use of these rights.GENERAL
• The linking of acquired arts to hate speech of a racist, LGBTphobic, misogynistic, ableist, religious nature, among others, as well as speech that may harm the integrity and image of the artist, is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to use the acquired arts for NFTs and feeding AIs of any nature.ARTIST USEThe client agrees that their commission will be used to exemplify and publicize the artist's work in social media posts and other media in image, video and other formats.The artist is not permitted to make commercial use of the artworks other than those set out above.If the client wishes to keep the image private for a specified period, for any reason, feel free to inform the artist.If the client wishes to keep the image private permanently, they must pay an extra fee of 20% of the total amount.
